this is really simple yet very yummy..

2 whole pork ribs (when u buy tell the seller u want to steam one) abt 500g
2 tbs preserved beans paste
1 tsp salt
1 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs corn flour
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 red chili deseeded and cut stripes
1. cut pork ribs to bite size then rinse clean and tap dry
2. marinate the pork ribs in fridge for at least 1 hour
3. then place in steamer plate and spread the beans paste on top the pork ribs
4. steam for 15 minutes
5. enjoy your meal.. best goes with rice..
