Savory Garlic Marinated Beef Steak Recipe

This yummy recipe I get from http://allrecipes.com/recipe/savory-garlic-marinated-steaks/ but I modified a bit with the available resources I have at home..

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar (bought at Jusco)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Minced Garlic
2 Tbs Honey
2 Tbs Olive oil
2 Tbs Grounded Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of chili powder
2 Sirloin beef steak (i bought at Jaya Grocer)
A bit of Parsley herbs

How to cook? This is very easy!!
1. Throw all ingredients listed above in a bowl like the pic below (except the beef & Parsley)
2. Marinate and massage the beef with the combination sauce in step 1 above.. because I don't have time to marinate it overnight.. so i poke the beef so the taste can goes in better.. and I wraps it up and leave in fridge for 30 min for one side then take it out and turn around and leave it for another 30 min. For better result I think overnight marination is even better..
3. I don't have grill at home.. so I pan fly the steak with a bit of olive oil.. I cut the beef to check if the doneness is okay or not..
4. put on plate and garnish a bit of parsley on top

Baked Vegetables
Ingredients - whatever vege you like cut into bite size.. put a bit of olive oil, salt & black pepper

Preheat the oven at 180 Degree. then throw everything in oven to bake for about 30 min. Check in between if is okay or not.

Dang Dang.. yummy home cook steak meal!!!
