Cuti-cuti Malaysia - Kota Kinabalu Sabah - Part 3 - Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap (家乡牛什)

Ngau Chap / Niu Chap / 牛什 / beef brisket noodles is one of the famous food is Kota Kinabalu.. and people told me must try when I am there.. so one afternoon we drive around and look for this Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap restaurant.. and we found this place at Kolam Center @ Taman Hilltop.. when we were there the restaurant is not very pack yet.. so we sit down and ordered dried beef brisket noodles and also the soup beef brisket noodle.. the taste is good but to me is a bit salty (maybe i eat less salty food).. but in fast it taste really good other than it is a little bit too salty.. :) So I think the dried version is nicer than the soup version.. because the soup one is too salty.. or you can reduce drinking the soup instead..
