so I have no choice and got to think of other way to make him to eat more.. he is slimmer and slimmer day by day.. I made this and hope that he will take it and put inside his mouth and eat.. surprising yes.. he did.. even just eat 3 biji also consider very good lor!!!
this is a recipe teaches by Ai Ling..
- cook chicken stock
- cook the soft rice with the chicken stock (so all nutrition is in the rice already) (put slightly more water than we normally cook rice..
- steam & chop finely whatever vegetable that we want to mixed inside the rice ball
- mix the rice with the vegetable and make into small little ball
- then roll the rice ball with bread crumbs and fried it with olive oil (so it is not sticky and your little one can pick it up and eat)
