Really long time didn't bake cakes.. yesterday went shopping at Jusco, so just bought the flour and want to bake a sponge cake... came back home and look at the recipe.. who know I don't know what is "Emulsified" even though I had the ingredient at home.. but finally also found out what is it and i baked a Chocolate Sponge Cake... taste good also~~Monday, July 13, 2009
